Mr. Brown has 35 years experience with porphyry copper and epithermal gold deposits and has worked on the discovery and development team of several mines and deposits. He worked 15 years with LAC Minerals Ltd.

 
 
John Barakso, M. Sc.
Vice-President, COO and Director
Mr. Barakso has 40 years experience in grassroots exploration in B.C. Co-finder of Kemess North, Equity Silver and Huckleberry deposits while working with Kennco Explorations. He was also the founder of MinEn Labs. Mr Barakso has worldwide experience in the conceptualizing and discovery of ore deposits.

 
 
Warner Gruenwald, P. Geo.
Vice-President Exploration and Director
Mr. Gruenwald has 35 years exploration experience ranging from the management of grassroots to advanced stage exploration programs focused on precious and base metals. Mr. Gruenwald has operated as an independent consultant since 1985 and is the president of Geoquest Consulting Ltd. He is a Qualified Person (QP) as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

Mr. Schwartz is a lawyer with 30 years experience in securities law, mainly with junior natural resources companies.

Director
Mr. Tutton has 35 years experience in mining companies and public company administration. Mr Tutton is presently a director of eight public companies and President of Worldcorp Lands Ltd.
